The Clinic is set for Sunday June 25th.
Notification will be sent to whichever email you leave us. We only ask for your phone number to have to confirm your clinic time slot the week before, or to call you if you are on the waiting list.
Deposits may be required.

You will get to be in the room with your cat, or cats during the scans. You will be sent a form to fill out before you come, to bring in with your cats, there will be additional forms there.

This clinic is open to all breeds. Cats with previous heart issues that are being monitored** are welcome.
If your cat has been diagnosed with HCM and you have been told to make an appointment with a cardiolgist, then you should be under a doctors care and not at this particular clinic.
This clinic will fill fast, make your reservation ASAP by sending in your form at SLINX Concepts with number of cats & contact number.
A deposit may be required prior to the clinic. Please understand this is a clinic only and appointments are scheduled 10-15 mins per cat.
